Text Box: Chapter J had a wonderful time with our annual Christmas Party for the Mental Health Social Club on Monday, Dec 3. Our members fixed 5 hams, 14 green beans, 14 macaroni and cheese, 14 cakes, 21 dozen rolls, 20 caffeine free diet coke, 12 sprites and 2 large bags of ice. We had 23 chapter members serving, pouring pop, cutting cakes and washing dishes. A special thank you to Aaron McCauley and his friend for helping. It is a very rewarding experience and the social club members appreciate it so much. We served 240-250 people in one hour and 15 minutes. After we left there we went to the Waffle House for our own dinner and socializing. We also celebrated Gwen McMain’s birthday. A very wonderful time was had by all. Peggy Merryman
